Wenn Sie gesetzlich versichert sind, können Rezepte für verschreibungspflichtige Medikamente digital als sogenanntes eRezept ausgestellt werden.

Nach Ausstellung wird das eRezept entweder:
– in Ihrer eRezept-App bereitgestellt (https://www.das-e-rezept-fuer-deutschland.de/)

– über Ihre Gesundheitskarte in der Apotheke abrufbar,
– oder Sie erhalten einen Papierausdruck mit QR-Code, den Sie in jeder Apotheke einlösen können.

Falls Sie Ihre Gesundheitskarte nicht besitzen oder verloren haben, benötigen wir einen gültigen Versicherungsnachweis (z. B. in Papierform oder als PDF). In diesem Fall erhalten Sie das eRezept als Papierausdruck, den Sie wie gewohnt in der Apotheke einlösen können.

If you have statutory health insurance, prescriptions for prescription medicines can be issued digitally as an electronic prescription (e-prescription).

After it has been issued, the e-prescription is available in one of these ways:

– in your e-prescription app (German e-prescription information),
– it can be retrieved at the pharmacy using your health card,
– or you receive a paper printout with a QR code, which you can use at any pharmacy.

If you do not have your health card or have lost it, we need valid proof of insurance, for example on paper or as a PDF. In this case, you receive the e-prescription as a paper printout and can use it at the pharmacy as usual.
