Öffnen Sie den Link etwa zehn Minuten vor dem Termin. Sie gelangen in einen digitalen Warteraum; dort werden Kamera und Mikrofon geprüft. Sobald die Ärztin verfügbar ist, beginnt das Gespräch.

Sie benötigen ein Smartphone, Tablet oder einen Computer mit Kamera und Mikrofon sowie eine stabile Internetverbindung. Wählen Sie einen ruhigen Ort, an dem Sie ungestört sprechen können.

In der Videosprechstunde können zum Beispiel Befunde, Behandlungsverläufe und organisatorische Fragen besprochen werden. Ob Ihr Anliegen per Video abschließend behandelt werden kann, entscheidet die Ärztin. Wenn eine körperliche Untersuchung erforderlich ist, vereinbaren wir einen Termin in der Praxis.
