English:

If you received a new medication plan after a hospital stay, please send us the doctor’s letter or discharge report with the medication information through Doctolib messages. Please also include a photo of your health card, front and back.

For existing patients, our doctor can usually check the medication and issue the prescriptions digitally. You do not need to come to the practice immediately. The follow-up check takes place at a later appointment.

For new patients, a personal conversation is required before prescriptions can be issued. Please book an in-person appointment for this.
