Auffällige oder dringliche Befunde werden vom Labor direkt an uns gemeldet. In solchen Fällen melden wir uns umgehend bei Ihnen, meist telefonisch. Deshalb ist es wichtig, dass wir Ihre aktuelle Telefonnummer im System haben.
Wenn Sie nach etwa 5 Werktagen nichts erhalten haben, schreiben Sie uns gern eine Nachricht über Doctolib.

As soon as your laboratory results are available, we usually send them to you digitally through Doctolib.
Please note: Digital delivery does not include a medical assessment or advice. If you would like a personal explanation of your results, you can book an appointment to discuss them soon. You receive the booking code with the results.
Abnormal or urgent results are reported directly to us by the laboratory. In these cases, we contact you promptly, usually by telephone. It is therefore important that we have your current telephone number in our system.
If you have not received anything after about five working days, you can send us a message through Doctolib.
