Seit der bundesweiten Umstellung auf das eAU-Verfahren wird die AU digital an Ihre Krankenkasse übermittelt. Sie erhalten von uns nur noch einen Ausdruck für Ihre Unterlagen bzw. zur Vorlage beim Arbeitgeber.
Dieser Ausdruck enthält keinen Stempel oder Unterschrift – ist aber rechtsgültig.

Bitte reichen Sie das Dokument wie gewohnt bei Ihrem Arbeitgeber ein. Ihre Krankenkasse hat die AU bereits automatisch erhalten.

Your certificate of incapacity for work (AU) was issued electronically. This means it is also valid without a signature.

Since the nationwide change to the electronic AU process, the AU is sent digitally to your health insurance company. We only give you a printout for your records or for your employer. This printout has no stamp or signature, but it is legally valid.
